| Responsibilities:
Serving clients by participating in Discovery
& Awareness Seminars
to help the clients understand potential benefits
of outsourcing as a strategic and tactical management
tool, developing a sourcing strategy to meet business
objectives, determining which business processes
& IT function are critical and core to corporate
objectives, gauging the maturity of in-house business
processes and determining the cost saving potential
and risks of possible sourcing options, defining
the chronology of sourcing implementation, performing
due-diligence, negotiating with and selecting service
providers, assisting the client with contract governance
and relationship management with service providers,
creation of intellectual property for the company
through best practices and process templates. |

| Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of strong sourcing strategy background
with a leading management-consulting firm or in
a senior management position at a customer with
outsourcing strategy responsibilities, ability to
coordinate efforts during sales, due-diligence and
engagement with the team members, clients and service
providers is critical. A bachelor’s degree
is required. |

Qualifications: Proven leadership, interpersonal,
relationship management, analytical, presentation
and client-service skills. 50 – 75% Domestic
/ International travel required. Strong working
knowledge of Microsoft Office products. MBA, J.D.
or other relevant graduate degree is beneficial. |

| Responsibilities:
Serving clients by performing value assessment of
sourcing options vs. in-house service delivery,
defining the chronology of sourcing implementation,
performing due-diligence, negotiating contracts,
developing and managing plans to transition sourced
processes, assisting the client with contract governance,
managing relationship, performance and risks / issues
with service providers to ensure seamless delivery
of services to client’s resources and customers
in compliance with SLAs, and creating intellectual
property for the company through best practices
and process templates. |

| Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience developing sourcing and governance
organizations, managing shared services or on-shore
/ offshore business process or IT outsourcing engagements,
strong industry knowledge / subject matter expertise,
ability to coordinate efforts during sales, due-diligence
and engagement with the team members, clients and
service providers. A bachelor’s degree is
required. |

Qualifications: Proven leadership, interpersonal,
relationship & project management, analytical,
problem-solving and client-service skills. 50
– 75% Domestic / International travel required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience in CMM highly desirable. MBA, J.D.

| Responsibilities:
Serving clients by performing a value assessment
and creating a business case by developing sound
multi-year financial models, assessing client and
supplier budgets, P&Ls and other financial reports
to perform activity-based costing, comparing multiple
sourcing options / service providers vs. in-house
service delivery, determining cost saving potential
& other implications of each option, and assist
the client in the selection of sourcing options
and service providers, analyzing and defining the
financial details of an outsourcing agreement, creating
financial models to analyze potential deals and
develop innovative pricing strategies, and creating
intellectual property for the company through best
practices and process templates. |

| Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with a consulting firm or
major outsourcer in developing and analyzing financial
models for value assessment, budgets, P&Ls and
other financial reports, activity-based costing
and expertise with GAAP. Ability to coordinate efforts
during sales, due-diligence and engagement with
the team members, clients and service providers
is critical. A bachelor’s degree is required.
50 – 75% Domestic / International travel required. |
